Live Well Orthopedic Care is a mobile orthopedic practice. Our owners and providers, Natalie Jeffries, PA-C and Kirk Fougnie, PA-C saw a great need for in-home orthopedic care and arthritis management during their combined 20 years working in a busy orthopedic office. Far too often they were hearing stories of the patients' or families' difficulty getting to the office for evaluation and treatment.
Our providers travel to Senior Living, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Personal Care and Memory Care facilities to see patients in their home environment, eliminating the need for difficult transportation. We service Louisville and surrounding areas. We also see patients in the office every other week at our Dixie Highway location.
